These allow us to quantify material performance and are often used in product and process development to quantify the influence of materials or manufacturing process changes. Mechanical testing is also used to support failure analysis activities where batches of materials are tested against material specifications.

Specialist Electronics Materials Testing – Dage 4000 Bondtester.

In addition to our universal test machines, we offer a highly specialized test capability for the electronics market in the form of a Dage 4000 Bondtester. The 4000 bondtester is multipurpose, capable of performing all pull and shear applications. and can be configured to provide wire pull, ball shear, die shear, bump pull, vectored-pull, or tweezer pull tests.
